Check the Mix...

Unfortunately these cool ocean front capsules weren't planned out very well. The sand and dirt mixed in to create the concrete had some flaws and the place has been left to deteriorate on one amazing piece of land. These are only few of the bunch, and there are many. Ghostly standing.

Jiao Xi Hot Springs Park

One of the few shots from our Ilan, Jiao Xi Trip.. Under these decks was a flowing river of Hot Sulfuric Spring water you could dip your feet in or bathe in just down the walkway..

ChangKaiShek Memorial Hall

Modern Taiwan wouldn't be what it is today had CKS not come in after the Communist take over in China in 1949. A history similar to the Native American Indian occurred upon arrival as aboriginals were forced to "relocate" , however thank Humanity their exodus didn't last hundreds of years, and a healthy dialogue exists. Cheers Teddy on the Pic!

Second Night

Day's End the Second Night .

Hua Lian Gape

This was the view just starting the Toroko Gorge cruz.. Our Odometer was out of wack, so we drove on a questionable amount of gas, a good hour in, and a good hour back. You can see the cliffs are just above your head as you're driving. It's sort of doesn't seem like you should be there, but it works (most of the time).

LifeAndAll ItsSplendors

Paul's first art exibition is going on down at Mina's Treasure Hive all through November. A rich mix of abstract oil paintings and photos are on display. For me, walking through it felt like rewinding back to many of our past weekend excursions. That in itself permeated the the exploration that went into capturing each moment. The opening day was packed with all sorts of people, but most notably were Paul's parents who he hadn't seen for sometime. Great Reunion, Great Time!

MusicMan

Thanks to this fella and Mina's tired arm, there was some live music going on after the sun left town. And sitting there is Michael the breakless BMXer. Paul calls him my 'protege' , I think he's just a bit wild...
